Step 1: Getting Started on Your Custom Inflatable
Every project starts with our client contacting us with their idea. You can connect with our team by phone at 619-596-6100, by email at info@inflatabledesigngroup.com, or through the contact form on our website.
At this stage, you do not need a fully developed concept. A general idea is enough to get things moving. Once you reach out, you will be paired with a dedicated sales representative. If you have worked with somebody before or prefer a specific contact, you can request that as well.
Our sales team is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They will talk with you about your idea, requirements, and budget to help create an inflatable concept that meets your goals.
Step 2: Turning Your Custom Inflatable Into a Sketch
After the initial conversation, your sales representative works directly with our design team to develop a sketch concept of your inflatable.
This is where your idea starts to become real! The sketch will reflect your branding, colors, and overall vision. It will be sent to you for approval once it is ready.
Feedback is an important part of this step. If something needs to be changed, whether it is the layout or design details, this is the time to point out those changes. Our team will continue working with you and editing your sketch until it is perfect.
Step 3: Approval and On to Production!
Once you are happy with the final design, your sales representative will write up and send over a contract for approval.
For most projects, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, your inflatable moves into production!
Step 4: Custom Inflatable Production
During production, our sewing department swings into action, crafting your custom inflatable. We use top-tier materials and cutting-edge equipment to guarantee your inflatable is extremely durable and can withstand repeated use.
Attention to detail is a big focus here. Each section is carefully assembled so the final product not only looks great, but also lasts for years and can be used again and again.
Step 5: The Finishing Touches
Once your custom inflatable is finished, it moves into our art department. Here, we add the visual elements such as logos and any graphics your team has sent us.
After the artwork is finished, the inflatable goes through a full inflation inspection. Our team inflates the unit to make sure everything is functioning properly and that there are no issues.
It is then hand-cleaned so it arrives looking polished and ready to use!
Step 6: Show Off Your Custom Inflatable!
After passing our inspection, your inflatable is packed and shipped to you. When it arrives, we recommend opening it, checking for any shipping-related damage, making sure you have all the pieces needed for setup, and doing a test inflation.
Testing ahead of time helps ensure a smooth setup on event day. It also gives you the opportunity to get comfortable with the process and ask any questions if needed.
Your sales representative remains available for support, and we also provide step-by-step instructional videos on our website and YouTube channel.
