Tuca & Bertie Take the Coast
Back in 2021, Adult Swim wanted to create something wild to promote the network’s pickup of the adult cartoon Tuca & Bertie, which had previously been canceled by Netflix. Our team helped create inflatable replicas of the title characters that were then mounted on to barges that cruised up and down the coasts of both Los Angeles and New York City simultaneously.
People on beaches, piers, and waterfront paths all couldn’t help but stare. The inflatables also made a return appearance in 2022 at San Diego Comic Con, cruising the San Diego Bay as part of Adult Swim’s promotional experience for the biggest comic event of the year.

Chester Cheetah’s Mardi Gras Moment
Flash forward to 2025 and a new kind of spectacle hit the Mississippi River during Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans. In true Lousiana fashion, we went big and created a 60 foot tall, 125 foot long inflatable replica of Chester Cheetah that was mounted to a riverboat. This riverboat sailed past crowds of Super Bowl fans throughout the week leading up to the big game. With sunglasses, that signature lean, and Cheetos dust on his fingers, Chester was instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore.
It was part ad, part parade float, and 100% unforgettable. The activation not only reinforced Cheetos as a game day staple, but also gave fans and tourists something to post, snap, and remember long after the final touchdown.

NYCFC’s Pigeon That Flew Without Wings
Also in 2025, New Yorkers were treated to a floating art piece with a soccer twist: a 700-pound, five-story-tall inflatable pigeon, created for NYCFC’s “Five Borough Flight”. This barge inflatable traveled through all five boroughs, starting in Staten Island and ending in Queens at Willets Point, the future site of the club’s new stadium, Etihad Park.
Commissioned by NYCFC and executed with creative agency Tavern, the inflatable was an ode to the pigeon as NYC’s unofficial mascot and sparked massive online buzz, media coverage, and plenty of “only in New York” social posts.

Doro Sails the Hudson
And let us not forget Doro, the adorable mascot from the mobile game Nikke. For two days in July 2025, our inflatable Doro character floated down the Hudson River, part of the brand’s North American promo tour. The inflatable Doro character was designed and manufactured to look like it was lounging on a pool float and delighted fans across NYC’s waterfronts, blending game culture with real-world charm in a way only a barge inflatable could.
